I think the difference between a gif and a video is that a gif repeats itself over and over to make movement. A video moves in a nonrepeating sequence. They are the same because they both have movement. Gif stands for graphics interchange format and it was introduced in 1987.

Transform Tools

Four transform tool in photoshop are the skew tool, the warp tool, scale, and rotate. The skew tool is a too where you select a corner of you image. After selecting the corner you are able to move it around. This tool can be used to make depth.
